Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting & shopping at Peach & Pip. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Insurances & Shipping 'extras'

We are not held liable for any damages/missing parcels during transit. If you would like to add insurance ($9) or signature on delivery ($3), please email us at info@peachandpip.com.au.

Combining Orders

If you have already placed an order and you would like shipping to be combined, please choose 'local pickup' and leave a note at checkout. If it has already been dispatched, or it exceeds shipping limits, you will be invoiced for the outstanding amount before it is sent.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will depend on the items ordered & the location delivered. To the best of our ability, the shipping rates will be calculated & displayed at checkout. Factors such as the weight & dimensions, and the delivery location (often rural locations) can alter the cost of shipping hugely. If an order exceeds the shipping limits already paid, you will be invoiced the outstanding amount before it is sent.

The option of 'express - to be quoted' should only be used for customers wanting their items express delivered. The reason the amount is not shown at checkout is because it hugely differs based on factors written above.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you did not enter an email at checkout (and instead only entered a phone number), you will not receive an email.

Customs, Duties And Taxes

Peach & Pip is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Peach & Pip is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
