We do not offer refunds under our Refund Policy, however:

 

Returns for incorrect choices or change of mind will be issued with a Peach & Pip voucher valued at the cost of any goods to be returned, not including any shipping costs or paypal/layby fees Any returns under this policy are at the buyers cost for shipping any returning product(s). Product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.

If for any reason your product(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). Exchanges will only be issued once we have received the product to be replaced / exchanged. Please do not dispose of the item(s) or packaging until we have exchanged it.
 

Item(s) returned must be unused and in the same condition as received. Buyer to pay return postage and a refund given will be for the cost of the item(s) not including the postage paid when issued. 

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and provide a tracking number and that you pre-pay for all postage costs. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore, advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Peach will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 

Any returns will only be issued once Peach &  Pip have received item(s) from the buyer.
