All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Errors & Omissions

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors, incorrect product descriptions, incorrect quantities, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

Where an error is identified before or after an order is placed, we reserve the right to:

  • Correct the error, and/or

  • Cancel the order, and

  • Provide a full refund (including any shipping charges paid).

We are not obligated to supply goods at an incorrect price or based on an incorrect description, where the error is genuine and reasonable.

 

 

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

  • Orders are only accepted once payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed by us.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time prior to dispatch, including (but not limited to):

    • Pricing or listing errors

    • Stock availability issues

    • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options

Some items may require special, oversized or bulky shipping due to their size, weight or handling requirements. While we aim to clearly identify these items, additional shipping charges may occasionally apply.

If additional shipping costs are required after checkout, we will contact you to discuss your options. If you do not wish to proceed, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays.

 

 

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are confirmed to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This section does not apply to:

  • Change of mind purchases, unless stated otherwise

  • Errors or issues disclosed prior to purchase

 

 

Promotions, Sales & Limited Editions

Promotional pricing, sales, and limited-edition products are subject to:

  • Stock availability

  • Specific terms outlined at the time of promotion

Governing Law
